They are economic desperation signaling a failing economy and trying to punish China's economy which is growing rapidly. Trump is of course a bully acting in the mistaken belief tariffs and trade wars will solve America's problems.
I moved away from Canada with a heavy heart but...I just didn't care any longer to have America as next-door neighbour. It isn't a 'tsunami' in the making...rather a TRUMPNAMI.
