The woes of the West are entirely self-inflicted by blundering greedy elites and their ruinous ideologies. We were warned but nobody listened.

There is a tendency among us humans to bypass the obvious and bury solutions in endless baffelgab, prevarication, procrastination and outright despotism. We are heavily propagandized societies, fed a steady diet of junky sound bites, very vulnerable to weapons of mass distraction, white washing and brain washing.
There is nothing radical about the truth we simply don’t hear it often enough. It is so much easier just to opt for reassuring lies. We are fed a steady stream of them by the mainstream media. We end up with quack journalism where truth is murdered on a daily basis by fiendish news editors and gate keepers.
Politics now is the triumph of ideology over common sense. When entering politics candidates are indoctrinated to serve the vested interests controlling their party. They are all expected to sing from the same neoliberal song book. They are in a perpetual conflict of interest, where they are elected by the public, but serve the vested interests and are expected to lie, cheat and steal to cover up their duplicity.
When political parties are in corporate capture , they stand for nothing , elections mean nothing, and democracy is broken.
Where neoliberalism is the zombie that just won’t die globalism is dead with the emergence of BRICS, as nations around the world rush toward a more fair and just global economic system that really does lift all boats.
The West as it is now is a casualty of two very invasive ideologies (among others). Globalization was intended to destroy nation states creating a borderless world where global corporations are left free to plunder the planet.
Similarly, neoliberalism explicitly calls for the denigration of government in favor of rule by the market place, negating all other social, legal and humanist considerations and consequences. As illustrated above neoliberalism can be seen as the 1% stuffing cash down their gullets as fast as possible.
Neoliberalism is predatory capitalism free of social constraints, democracy destroyed, pervasive government corruption and lawlessness. Little wonder the West is in a state of self-inflicted chaos.
The so-called RBIO( Rules Based International Order) is just a tacky rationale for the criminality of a defunct empire.
We are propagandized the East are evil doers; when in fact we are our own worst enemy as our feckless “leaders” have become inert automatons. They are the spiteful children who have waged war and corruption with impunity for the last 75 years. Now they are being held to account by those who insist on a more just and peaceful multipolar world order.
Those who perpetrated the savagery and barbarism of the unipolar world of the last 40 years are so delusional they think the world is theirs to own and control. In fact they are petty parochialists headed for the margins of an otherwise robust and more harmonic world order. Where the bellicose West has failed others have picked up the mantle building better futures for all.
The East sees the West for what it is. It can see the pervasive corruptions and ruinous ideologies we practice. They refuse to be drawn into the madness of war and chaos when issues must be settled through diplomacy.
One result of colonization by an overbearing empire is that presiding politicians lose the skills essential to effective governance. NATO’s colonization of western European nation states is the greatest threat to Europe. As NATO fragments so too does the EU. It only speaks the language of war when the focus should be on waging peace, prosperity, and global harmony. European leaders are so stupefied they are escalating their war against Russia already lost and their economies a casualty of the war.
As the West colonizes other countries we colonize ourselves as we become slaves to forever wars and the social disintegration that ensues.
Looking at the list below it is little wonder the West is in the mess we are when we allow ideologies and associated corruptions to freewheel in our societies undetected and unchallenged… as social fragmentation bombs.
As we bomb Palestinians out of existence, and sacrifice Ukraine in a war against Russia we too easily ignore the fact we are bombing ourselves out of existence with ruinous ideologies, what I call “social fragmentation bombs,” a few of which are listed above.
There can be no doubt Western democracy has been crushed out of existence by parasitic ideologies with the motive of destroying democracy and any confidence populations might have in government’s ability to deliver peace, order and good government. Democracy becomes a parody of its former self and totalitarianism deeply rooted.
The West suffers the myth of global dominance.
Empires project themselves as being all powerful, all-knowing and righteous when they are fallible just like every other human under taking. Their rise and fall is an immutable cycle of history. Imperialists are blind to History as the recorder of their criminality.
The British built the first global empire where the sun never set and now it is reduced to the pomp and pageantry of former imperial glories. The West has had a golden window of opportunity to build “the shining citadels on the hills” only to retreat into forever wars, endless corruptions and left ruinous ideologies to run amok.
Do we define the world by the peoples there in, or military spending?
None of what is written above is new or original. In many ways it is a transcription, a parroting, of the reading and information gathering done over many years from many sources.
The events we are now seeing take the measure of our societal consciousness and we get failing marks given the travesties we are now witnessing. The fore warnings and harbingers of what was to come have been with us from the outset, but ignored suppressed, censored and marginalized. To know history is to know prophecy as human behaviors collectively and individually are cyclical. History is the benchmark of our existence where we kill history, we kill ourselves and our societies.
All societies and empires temporal are temporal. Where arrogance and ruthlessness prevail, and truth is assassinated, the decline is accelerated as eventually truth overtakes the lies and treachery. Empires in decline are at their most dangerous as they see their ill-gotten power bled away and desperation ensues.
Belligerent economic and political elites of the West have let loose too many ruinous ideologies, wars, greed and corruption now their day of reckoning is upon us all. They are so reckless, irresponsible and unwilling to show any contrition, they are pushing the world toward nuclear war.
