Regarding "predetermined", see: "Determined: A Science of Life Without Free Will", By Robert M. Sapolsky https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/592344/determined-by-robert-m-sapolsky/

(so annoying that substack does not allow underline for book title)

I don't think we will be thinking much about history during the nuclear winter. And, absent that, given the proliferation of plastics into the environment, most life will be in severe decline in 2-3 generations, including stupid humans.

Please stop misusing the term anarchy. It just means no hierarchies. All hierarchies are authoritarian.

"a situation in which there is no organization and control, especially in society, because there is no effective government:

What we are witnessing is the country's slow slide into anarchy."

No, not all hierarchies are authoritarian, but they can certainly decay into being so, and ultimately becoming totalitarian.

Yes all hierarchies are authoritarian. Top down power. Like taking away women's right to bodily autonomy. Eugenics. Genocides. All brought to us by British colonizers. The US Constitution was written by genocidal enslavers. Societies can be organized horizontally. No power over anyone.

As Jeffrey Sachs has said, all bad in the world can be traced to Britain. Almost all of it, anyway.
