Dick Cheney was simply a little 'Hermann Goering' type of bully who could easily push around a 'Georgie Porgie Bush. Taking his orders from War Criminal Tony Blair, Cheney was the de facto President of the American Empire a.k.a. the 'dumb giant on a British leash' serving the House of Windsor.

During the unipolar moment the United States had the opportunity to lead by example and do the right thing. Unfortunately we didn’t take advantage of that prime opportunity. Instead we did the exact opposite. And unfortunately we continue to make the same types of mistakes.
The Collective Waste needs that moment of clarity, like it hit Genghis Khan at the ending of the Mongol Hoards conquering everyone: when they made it to west Asia and Muslem lands they by and large ended up converting to Islam, even though they were victors.
