Excellent article, Robert!

And, unfortunately there are actual crises happening, like the fire in L.A. in January.

If our leaders were actually governing properly, we would have addressed climate change by now. And ensured a robust social safety net, adequate housing and affordable food. And they wouldn't be arming and funding Israel as it commits genocide, and war mongering.

Your article has inspired me to write a post. Thanks.

How many times do you think the "climate changed" before the present hubristic collection of humans declared, "The Climate is Changing, and its all YOUR FAULT!"?

We have always lived in a death cult, where the globe's most entitled, compensated, credentialed and feted sit on the outside and orchestrate chaos.

Your writing is exceptional.

The acid test is when I managed to get a normie to oblige to read this article. He has 2 degrees, writes well structured letters to the editor etc.

He got as far as, "Societies can only exist where they are dynamic, adaptive, and progressive."

Then the cognitive dissonance kicked in!

"You mean our society is not?!"

But he refuses to talk about it.

Kakistocracy will continue to exist as long as the masses can be duped, as long as today's masses suffer from this 'smart phone' addiction, as long as being afraid to think for oneself obstructs any chance of clear thinking.
