Trump the Juggler taking the great fall!
Peace and prosperity for all has to be the agenda for America and the West. Only a resolute citizenry will make it happen.
The world needs a strong vital America based on peace and prosperity. There is a power vacuum in Washington with 50 days to Trump’s inauguration. This is an open window to send a message that peace and prosperity for all comes first, last and foremost.
America’s leadership must take responsibility for the mess they have made, quit blaming others and become builders not destroyers.
Hey folks, Donald Trump needs our help big time! He is about to turn 78 years of age which makes him the oldest person ever to be inaugurated as president. There are so many old guys floating around Washington it is a gerontocracy on steroids. Too many of them have forgotten why they are even there, and those that do are mostly berserk war mongering Zionists or Neocons.
The crazies are no longer in the basement, too many of them are appointees to Trump’s cabinet. I also hear from a reliable source Anthony Blinken is in charge which is great cause for concern, his last bloody hurrah— this is the same guy who as Deputy Secretary of State under Obama scoffed at the prospect of waging war in Ukraine. For him, the Rules Based Order(IRBO) are whatever side of the bed he gets out of in the morning.
We don’t know who is carrying the nuclear football! If we are lucky some sweet curvaceous secretary from Oklahoma has hidden it where the old buggers can’t find it.
Someone Trump’s age should not be doing a high wire act, let alone juggling the endless number of issues he is. Trump has made many promises he won’t be able to keep and his enemies are determined there are others he will never keep. He faces a “pacification” program decades in the making and taking decades to resolve. His administration has the potential to be just as bad as the Biden fiasco.
Trump can easily push Canada and Mexico around on tariffs in contempt of USMCA but if he tries the same with Putin or Xi Jinping he will be back in Washington with his tail between his legs, just as Blinken found out in a meeting with the Chinese in 2021 in Anchorage Alaska. Both the Russians and Chinese are masters of international diplomacy and won’t tolerate condescending fools, gunboat diplomacy or brinkmanship. General Bullmoose is going to have to cultivate a whole new persona.
Xi Jinping has told American officials on numerous occasion the world is big enough for both the US and China— but Washington is hard of hearing and slow to get the message.
To do no more harm should be his first priority.
Blaming Russia and China for America’s ills is utter nonsense. Manifest destiny and exceptionalism have gone off the rails. Exceptionalism can never be an excuse for lawlessness, a permanent warfare state, and moral depravity.
A quivering arrogance based on fear and failure is not acceptable adult behavior. Slapping tariffs and sanctions on the world is a losers game ( Washington led European NATO countries into a war against Russia that has ruined their economies. It was also Washington that blew up the Nord Stream pipelines).
Trade wars solve nothing. Spite and anger can never be a national prerogative. Democracy, diplomacy and consensus build better futures.
Since the end of WW ll the US has pursued the delusional goal of becoming the world’s sole hegemon at ruinous cost to itself and too many other nations. That time is long past as its dominance peaked in the1990s and has been in steady decline ever since by its own hand and the inevitable emergence of competing powers. These are not threats, do have not hegemonic ambitions, but do insist on existing on their own terms.
Washington has a hard time realizing this is the Asian century pursued by a majority entitled to its place under the sun, so too is the long abused Global South entitled to better times. While they have waged peace and prosperity for the last 40 years the dividends are now rolling in. Where as the West has squandered trillions of dollars on militarism and ruinous Pyrrhic wars. It is now exhausted and must rebuild; taking its place as one of the world’s great nations; no longer dominant and dedicated to peaceful co-existence.
The world is at an historic pivot point where we are over populated, highly integrated economically and facing dire existential issues. Wars and reckless militarism are no longer affordable as the impacts are beyond being continental and are global. It follows that governance local and global must be held to a much higher level of competence.
There is a power vacuum in Washington, critical issues are pending and the world is on tenterhooks.
The feeble minded West is a victim of it own corruptions and intransigence with no scapegoats allowed.
We are now in an interregnum, a 50 day pause, an open window where the voices for peace and prosperity must make our voices heard.
And this is precisely what America lacks: peaceful respect and co-existence. Pax Americana is one good example.
Unfortunately, it seems as if President Trump is now bent on eternal hegemonic wars supporting America's Zionist Greater Israel project with a bankrupted Economy and a divided US. The intended war against Russia in Ukraine is already lost and this fact if known will be a cataclysmic disaster and embarrassment of which an attempt will be made to remedy it using Nuclear weapons leading to a worse global disaster.
