The Wolf; Kicking down one too many doors
When foreign policy becomes kicking down doors, Ukraine is one too many, and China is next.
Pandemics come in many shapes and sizes and the world today is suffering a pandemic of political and geopolitical illiteracy where we just can’t get our tongues around the right words at the right time for the appropriate occasion. Anything that resembles the courageous confrontation of relevant and pressing issues suffers an ignominious burial under platitudes, propaganda, perception management and what passes for diplomacy.
One thing I have learned about geopolitics is you don’t study what is in the public realm you study what is outside it as the busted Western media assiduously filters out the truth. Nor do most people want to hear the truth as the reassuring lie prevails and the truths of history are crushed into the ground. Wars are the culmination of the precursors and treachery that come before them.
To ignore history is to render wars inevitable.
The world must have a very serious and honest discussion with ourselves, instead we just beat ourselves to death with perpetual wars, and perpetual lies so pandemic and so deeply rooted in our cultures they are malignant cancers metastasizing like hydra-headed monsters eating us alive. We are suffering self-inflicted cannibalization of our cultures. The monsters are of our own creation and they are within the gates. We know them well they are the hapless leaders of the collective West who have abandoned their populations to the ideologies of endless war, ruthless capitalism and economic fascism in the form of neoliberalism.
You won’t read this in the NYT or the Washington Post as they are the oracles of self- inflicted doom bought and paid for.
Where we like to frame wars as noble causes for King and country, democracy and freedom; they are wars of pestilent cowardice fought for greed, envy and megalomania.
We must know of the doctrines of war spewed out of the mouths of false prophets, with their slimy tongues wagging feverishly as they perpetrate more war.
The Wolfowitz Doctrine is one of many doctrines sett ing the stage. The doctrine quite simply stated, by Paul Wolfowitz, Deputy Secretary of Defense under Bush II, is a declaration of war on the world where the US would preempt the rise of any country challenging its global dominance up to and including waging war. Wolfowitz is not shy about playing the role of God along with his other neocon buddies.
This is exactly what is happening now China and Russia are being punished for their success by a declining empire that has been running an extortion racket world wide for the last seventy five years of bloodshed, and endless wars. America is desperate because its global financial dominance is in precipitous decline.
The American dollar no longer rules.
A new multipolar world is emerging and Washington is stuck in the 20th century refusing to accept that empires rise and fall as historical cycles. The fall is accelerated by deeply embedded corruptions and megalomania.
Unfortunately for the USA and the World, America bounced out of WW ll unscathed but it had fallen in love with war and seized the opportunity to declare war on the world, starting with the Dulles brothers and the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The new warfare state was birthed. Eisenhower warned us, Kennedy was assassinated and every president there after has been a passive apologist for war and the empire— some more so than others.
The Wolfowitz Doctrine, the Bush Doctrine, the PNAC, Full Spectrum Dominance(FSD) are crazed manifestations of triumphalist megalomania. These along with so many other precursors ignored have brought us to WW lll, as one world war is followed by another, and another.
This is the great war of unipolarity vs multipolarity. The latter must win, otherwise we will have global fascism. There must be accountability and no country can be allowed singular domination.
Each doctrine in itself is a declaration of war on the world, their presence is like bombs in the closet on slow fuses.
For the wolf, Ukraine is one door kicked in too many.
I will never forget the images of a badly shaken Wolfowitz taken shortly after a couple of Iraki fighters drove a donkey cart with a rocket launcher under a tarp up to the hotel in Bagdad where Wolfowitz was admiring his project and blew up the room just above him. I admire those fighters and only wish their aim was a little better.
Thank you for a clear and concise history of the US' declaration of war on the world for the past 75 years.
