The pure evil of the Wolfowitz Doctrine
We must, first of all, know and understand the origins of the evils that haunt our times.
The roots of evil are deeply embedded in our societies and will not be uprooted by half-measures.
I can’t remember the first time I read about the Wolfowitz Doctrine. It was though many years ago. It has haunted me ever since. I cannot conceive how any soul could draft and propose such a noxious document without regard for the horrendous consequences there in. It was an act of outrageous psychopathic arrogance to tender it. And of course, it has been noted that Washington has more psychopaths than any other city.
Somebody in his office, bless their soul, leaked it to the New York Times and this is the only reason we know about it. In fact too few know about it. It is just one of those taboo subjects blocked from any public awareness. Even so, it is the core value of US foreign policy to this day. It has never had congressional scrutiny or passed into a law of the land. It can be seen as a subversion of the Republic in favor of the empire seated in Washington.
Proclaimed in 1992 the doctrine quite simply states: “The{Wolfowitz} doctrine announces the United State's status as the world's only remaining superpower following the collapse of the Soviet Union at the end of the Cold War and proclaims its main objective to be retaining that status.”—Wikipedia
As has been done in so many ways ( ie, the Bush Doctrine, “you are either with us or against us”) the Wolfowitz doctrine was a proclamation of war on the world. To retain “that status” was a recipe for endless war, especially when it comes from a country that only speaks for 4% of the world’s population.
Presidential and foreign policy doctrines emerge and take effect without legislative scrutiny or formal passage into law. Ipso facto, they circumvent the democratic process and serve as tacit confirmation that Washington is, in reality, run by high-powered, ideologically driven, unelected bureaucrats."
The Wolfowitz ranks as one of the most ruthless and devastating. It is in fact a recipe for forever wars just as we are seeing now as the empire wages endless wars in pursuit of a delusional goal that IA (International Affairs) experts agree is no longer achievable, yet the killing and chaos roll on.
It is as if the fading empire sees global populations as “sides of beef” ready for the hanging at its discretion.
The Wolfowitz Doctrine is an act of pure insanity. It is a recipe for global fascism and nothing less. Thirty-five years later the damage goes on.
Wolfowitz’ Doctrine is now in full blossom as Trump wages his ludicrous war on China.

You're giving Wolfowitz all the credit, but I recall his doctrine as the policy of the Project for the New American Century (PNAC), of which he was one of the original members. PNAC was founded in 2006 by William Kristol and Robert Kagan, better known as the husband of Victoria Nuland, and offices were established in the building of the American Enterprise Institute. On the list of members were other notables such as Elliot Abrams, John Bolton, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld. Although the the organization received generous grants from most of the far right foundations, it disbanded formally before the new century arrived, possibly due to social conservative members from the religious right becoming disturbed by the satanic rights. Nevertheless, US foreign policy has been controlled by PNAC alumni since the century began.
