You might conclude Washington DC has the greatest number of control freaks in the world. They are getting freakier and more dangerous by the day.

Empire’s are dystopian control freaks smashing everything they can’t control.

Preface

In the Hague the International Court of Justice(ICJ) is hearing South Africa’s charge of genocide again Israel. Essentially, what is being debated is the rationality of the law vs the rage of genocide— genocide by definition is an act of rage.

The court itself is on trial as it can make a decision that respects the sanctity of the law or they can condone the rage. The court is under extreme pressure from Western power elites to excuse genocide.

The US can veto any decision the court renders at the UN as it has done regularly to serve its own tyrannical agenda knowing no shame.

This hearing comes at a time when Western lawlessness and intransigence is a danger to the world community. Let us hope these judges weigh the full implications of their decision and the acute need to return to rationalism.

When it comes to history we are inescapably dealing with human psychology. People are all about people, societies are about people, empires are about people as are civilizations. The only difference is a matter of scale, ranging from individuals to collectives of millions all sharing common traits and behaviors.
