The fractured American presidency
Every American presidential candidate faces a profound dilemma- serve the constitution or serve the empire?
At one time or another we all face very big choices in life. American presidential candidates face one of the most momentous. Are they running to serve the constitutional democracy/republic created in 1776 or the empire that emerged subsequentally.
American political scientist Chalmers Johnson tells us definitively you can have democracy or you can have empire, but not both. Trying to have both as we are seeing now has many awkward moments. Running two businesses out of the same office where one destroys the other is very bad house keeping where a lot unsavory debris gets shoveled under the carpets in the halls of power and eventually the stench becomes overwhelming. The difference between an empire and a constitutional democracy is the difference between a whore house and a convent.
It takes whole armies of spin doctors, propagandists, liars, hypocrites and a totally corrupted MSM to hide the fact that both ends are being played against the middle and democracy loses every time. The end result being social anarchy and collapse as all empires are destined to do.
As the empire’s values and despotism become more deeply rooted presidents become more and more agents of the empire, openly scorning democratic values and the welfare of the population as the social concerns are sacrificed for the costs of empire.
More recent presidents like Clinton, Bush ll, Obama, and Biden are undeniably agents of the empire. Trump’s short lived presidency remains an anomaly. The viciousness directed at Trump is because he intruded on the empire’s agenda where Hillary Clinton was supposed to be the empire’s designated hitter. Clinton revealed too soon in the game she was the empire’s candidate not for the people.
Fractured presidencies have a critical mass which we are seeing now where the fractured presidency, becomes a fractured country, a fractured constitution and empire, and a house of cards that eventually comes crashing down.
A fractured presidency is detectable as a president must alternate between the needs of the empire and those of the nation which requires an ongoing duplicity, plausible deniability, a complicit media, and a distracted and propagandized public.
The 1960’s was the decade of assassinations where both the Kennedy brothers, Martin Luther King and so many others were eliminated to pave the way for the emerging empire. JFK’s “crime” was to defend the American constitution against the incursions of an emerging empire . He refused to be the dupe of the empire and paid the price as did so many others. Too this day the followers of those who killed Kennedy are present and running the country more entrenched than ever.
Robert Kennedy Jr, JFK’s nephew, is running for the presidency. It is a tortuous campaign as he must espouse some of the values of the empire to stay in the race; but in the end the Kennedy name and legacy may win the race for him, depending on the consciousness of American voters.
The road to redemption for America begins with the values and idealism espoused by Kennedy and other true patriots.

No test can be done but perhaps, for those aspiring political life, should be tested as to where their 'loyalties' lie long before elected.
Great post, but I must disagree with you about RFK Jr. for several reasons. For one thing, he IS a Kennedy, and has never stared into that empty refrigerator and wondered how he was going to feed his family until payday, so he lives in a bubble and I don't trust him. For another, he unreservedly supports Israeli genocide in Gaza, so I will not support him.
I won't blame people for voting for him over the D's and R's, though, IF he makes it to the ballot in their state, which right now is unknown.
