The Brazen Adulation of Hillary Clinton

Groveling at Canada's Liberal Party convention becomes a high school pep rally.

When Pierre Eliot Trudeau was in power as Canada’s prime minister he had the charisma and political intelligence to attract very high caliber cabinet ministers and he presided over some of the most talented and capable cabinets the country has ever seen. The same cannot be said of the son. He has had a free ride on his father’s good name for the past ten and the damage to the country is manifest. Mediocre leaders results in mediocre cabinets and groupie caucuses leaving Canada’s Liberal party a pale imitation of its former self.

At the party’s recent convention the collapse of the Liberal party was evident; especially in a hour long interview between Hillary Clinton and Christya Freeland, Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister. A groveling Christya Freeland repeatedly addressed Clinton as “Secretary” as in Secretary of State when Antony Blinken currently occupies the position— as a Clinton Clone and unremitting war hawk. In her role Freeland could not deal with a Clinton as a colleague/equal, she groveled before Clinton like a high school cheer leader on steroids minus the pom-poms.

Freeland led Clinton through a series of questions that were clearly intended as giving the Liberal Party its marching orders for the near future, ranging from feminist foreign policy, the present world crisis, authoritarianism and being a woman in politics.

Needless to say they are comrades in arms on feminism and breaking glass ceilings which Clinton failed to do in her run for president against Donald Trump. Clinton ran on a tarnished resume too late in her career and paved the way for a Trump win. Americans and the world are lucky Clinton didn’t win the White House as she is an ardent war hawk and Putin hater. Trump made the “mistake” of being some what conciliatory towards Russia where as Clinton is a Lady Macbeth.

On the present war in Ukraine and imminent war against China Clinton did what American leaders do—project all of their own sins on to the Russians and Chinese and hope it will stick; but America’s naked hypocrisy is there for all to see and the world is no longer buying it. The new multipolar world order is moving in ahead of schedule. Plus, history is in the witness box and contradicts Washington’s revisionism.

Clinton and Freeland discussed the growing threat of authoritarianism in both their countries as if their respective governments were innocent bystanders when they are the threat and the agents of authoritarianism. Foreign leaders and commentators openly refer to Justin Trudeau as a “dictator”. The contempt for him and his party on the home front is visceral. He remains in power only because Canada’s electoral system is broken in his favor, allowing him and his party to run a single party state.

Canada’s Liberals and America’s Democrats are in fact merged parties, the former being a clone of the latter. The party system in both countries has collapsed as it matters not who governs. All parties are in service to the vested interests( specifically the war mongers) controlling them and voters in both countries are out in the cold.

Clinton was an odd choice as a featured guest and iconic figure as she is stale goods politically long past her best before date. Thus revealing the Liberal Party of Canada as a groveling branch of the Democratic party.

The Queen of Chaos

The brazen emulation of Hillary Clinton is grotesque if you refer to a detailed analysis of political career as written by American Journalist Diana Johnstone in her book: Queen of Chaos: The Misadventures of Hillary Clinton—

However, all was apparently forgiven. As a member of Obama’s National Security Council, Samantha Power joined Hillary and Susan Rice in urging Obama to bomb Libya.”

Johnstone in a meticulously researched book does a complete tear down of Clinton’s career and it is not a pretty picture. Behind the automatic smile Clinton is a hard core ruthless politician, out to prove women can be just as nasty and ruthless as their male counterparts.

Both Freeland and Clinton strongly support the need for more women in politics, and breaking the glass ceiling on a regular basis. But this also invites a review of the performances of prominent women in politics and the roles they played or are currently playing ranging from Madeline Albright, Nicki Haley, Victoria Nuland, Liz Truss, Ursula von der Leyen, Christine Lagarde and Clinton herself.

It appears women in politics are just as fallible as their male counterparts. The quality of leadership has little to do with gender and everything to do with the values and qualifications a candidate brings to office. Canada’s prime minister maintains gender-equal cabinets which is a farce because qualifications for postings should be the prime consideration and not political tokenism.

Political leaders today do not arrive in high office on merit they are bought and paid for by products of the party machines— their arrival is an ordination, in compliance with the vested interests controlling the political parties.

From the interview it becomes clear Freeland is scheduled to be Canada’s next prime minister in 2025. All others need not apply. She will no doubt win given the country is a politically paralyzed single party state.

As the multipolar world emerges Canada and other NATO puppet states are going to find themselves increasing isolated as the rest of the world has moved on to better times.
