History is like a finely cut diamond. As you roll it in your hand the facets pick up light and reflect it. We can never see all the facets all the time. The facets also change when new information comes to light. Revisiting history means there are new facets to be seen. The truths of history never reveal themselves all at one time and for that reason deserve regular visitations.
The visitations become even more necessary when there are despots around who will slander history out of existence, pretend it doesn’t exist, and burn the books where ever and when ever necessary. Presently there are a lot of History books being burnt as it is also the great whistle blower incriminating the compulsive liars of our times. It is the judge and we are the jury.
History is also the truth pill as it is the official certified transcript of where we have been, where are and where we are going.
Both history and truth have an essential sacredness to them, murdered regularly in these dark times.
A very bitter pill the political zombies of the West can’t swallow is that while they were waging war on the world, killing millions, spending trillions, and filling their pockets with money, China and Russia were very busy rebuilding their economies and pursing peace and prosperity. Both are mature societies having suffered more than their share of wars, revolutions, and famines. They realize the idiocy of building great cultures only to see them destroyed by wars and greed and endless.
Much as farmers must practice animal husbandry humans must in turn practice human husbandry and right now the floundering West is practicing no more than the slaughter of the innocents, the waving of dull knives by even duller minds.
Now China and Russia are enjoying the fruits of their labor while the West suffers the sorrows of their hideous megalomania and insane triumphalism. When humility, hard work, and common sense were the order of the day the West was indulging ruinous ideologies and despotism. The “crazies in the basement “ have come to prevail.
The flagrant West has been warring too long and too often. The Ukraine war, which NATO provoked was one war too many. They thought a cheap quick victory could be won using Ukraine as their proxy to take down Russia.
Russia though was ready and waiting as it had sanction proofed its economy. It rebuilt its industrial base and its military. It also had acquired a valuable ally in China as both realized for their own survival they must be united to survive Western belligerence.
The not-so-wise men of the West knew their goose was cooked if they ever saw China and Russia form an alliance and that is exactly what Western belligerence has done—To think that Putin’s Russia once applied for NATO membership and was rejected. NATO wanted Russia as their nemesis to justify its fraudulent existence.
The West is suffering the malady of too many wars too often and the lies and deceits that go with them.
Expert analysts are telling me the war in Ukraine is over but the bitter pill of defeat and humiliation is one the West cannot swallow .
They are also telling us the West, having abandoned their industrial base in favor of fatuous financial and crony capitalism do not have the ability to sustain a protracted war, especially against China when they have just lost in Ukraine.
It is no coincidence the Gaza genocide happened when it did. The scheming Netanyahu saw how weak and feeble the Biden administration is and this was the time to play his hand, for the tail to wag the dog to the point where Washington has suffered a Zionist coup d’etat.
Otherwise, all is quiet on the Western Front. As the old nursery rhyme goes…. “Liar, liar your pants are on fire.”
Laughing at the pathetic Australian Government….

Totally on point article. This Government and the systems need a complete overhaul.
Your observations are all correct.
It’s my contention that my course and 3 papers is the anecdote to that (which you describe) which afflicts us. What I’ve come up with lays out the roadmap as to how to get to where we need to go. It identifies our best collective destination. And it is it the best vehicle with which to try to get there. It does all of this by way of using rationality as its frame of reference rather than superstition. I think it’s fair to say that all of the people that are on our side of the phylosophical fence would all agree with everything you have to say. The trouble as I see it is that we keep describing the symptoms of the affliction without looking at its root cause. Using a medical analogy it’s my opinion that we have to look at the symptoms of the problem, identify the root of the problem and come up with a viable treatment to remedy the problem. And at the heart of it is the fact that we need very good leadership and the leadership that we’ve had is not good. (And believe it or not, it’s my opinion that the answer to all of this is wrapped up in my theory and prescription - which is comprised of my 3 papers and course)…
