NATO has the world by the balls until it is made to let go war and strife are global. Say no to brinkmanship!

When war happens it is a horrific spectacle much like a car accident. We are in shock there after but then rationality returns and questions arise how it all came about. When we take an impartial look at how the Ukrainian conflict came about NATO is bloody as it was the instrument that could have prevented the war.

Just over a year ago I was waiting and watching to see if NATO member states (all 29) would have the courage to stand up to their imperial master and vote NO!— We are not going to be pushed into a proxy against Russia and see Ukraine sacrificed on the alter of Washington’s delusional hegemonic ambitions.

Britain could not be counted on as it is Washington’s lapdog and co-conspirator. I was hoping the likes of Germany, France and Italy as the three most prominent members would veto going to war. Especially so, when starting this war had obvious and horrible consequences for Western Europe. The knee jerk willingness to go to war took full measure of how thoroughly European governments had been dumbed down by decades of colonization.

It never occurred to NATO it could stand down and settle outstanding issues amicably through negotiations. It wanted war and clearly stated so after it started. Joe Biden in the employ of his neocon henchmen clearly stated they wanted regime change in Moscow and Russia crushed. They proceeded to rush billions of dollars of aid, weaponry, technical support, and hired mercenaries to help win a war destined to be lost; as others have been by attacking countries half way around the world on their home turf; namely, Korea, Vietnam and Afghanistan; not to mention the carpet bombing of Cambodia and Laos, and the genocidal destruction of Iraq which remains a broken country 20 years later, and a devastatingly scarred Syria.

In going to war in Ukraine NATO made four grotesque failures of intelligence:

• It miscalculated Russia’s ability to withstand endless waves of sanctions. It was already under sanctions and had taken steps to “sanction proof” its economy. It’s economy has not only survived but improved.

• While Western Europe is heavily dependent on Russia as a trading partner; especially energy, Russia has the Asian alternative where all it has to do is trade Eastward instead of Westward; which it is doing highly successfully as it opens new markets and new alliances.

• It vastly underestimated Russia’s military prowess and it preparedness for war even though it was obvious after the 2014 American coup (and even before) in Kiev Ukraine war was inevitable.

• NATO too quickly forgot Russia was the country that defeated Napoleon, and Nazi Germany at the cost of 27 million citizens. Once again it faced an existential threat of a Neo-Nazi NATO backed government on its door step.

NATO, the malignancy of brinkmanship in service to the empire

NATO was conceived in 1947 as a post war defense alliance for Western Europe. It was rendered obsolete with the collapse of the USSR in 1991, as was the Warsaw Pact, the USSR’s equivalent defense alliance. NATO was granted a stay of execution for it was destined to become the agent of brinkmanship.

History has since revealed NATO’s credentials as a defense were dubious as it served as an agent of colonization. After 1991 it came to serve as an internalized agent of America’s warfare state as proxy for its foreign wars and aggressions even though in the public eye it was naively seen as a defense alliance. It was one more addition to Washington’s hegemonic tool box. Now it has been revealed for just what it is, the colonizer of Europe, having been cannibalized by its imperial master with the blowing up the Nordstream pipelines. Where the original NATO was mandated to protect Europe, it has presided over Europe’s ruination. Europe was liberated in 1945 from one imperialist only to fall victim to another.

Its paramount existence today is as the agent of brinkmanship for the empire, which it has been practicing for the last seventy years.

Brinkmanship has been with us since the beginning of time. US Secretary of State John Foster Dulles (1951-1957) made it the corner stone of US foreign policy. It is the practice of browbeating, intimidating coercing other nations to kowtow to your dominance. Where brinkmanship doesn’t get the job done, gunboat diplomacy, false flags, regime change, assassination, economic sanctions, military interventions follow as required.

In essence it is going to the verge of open warfare without actually doing so to get your way. It has the critical by product of creating cultures of fear and loathing frozen in time and place. It foments racism and xenophobia fragmenting and stereotyping cultures at home and abroad. It creates a world divided ripe for conquering and exploitation. Where populations of the West appear indifferent we are actually frozen in fear of the next atrocity.

Fear and violence are the enforcers of the totalitarianism state and brinkmanship is its agent at large, a propagandist media is another agent.

The next atrocity has been in the making for the past several years as NATO prepares for war against China. It has just announced its focus is now global; but this is nothing new as NATO’s evil intentions have never been more transparent.

It has had Russia and China under siege for years but is now tightening the noose on China, with the ultimate manifestation of brinkmanship, putting the whole world in peril.

China like Russia will not yield to NATO’s juvenile brinkmanship both have too much at stake and they know the game NATO is playing.

China is the world’s oldest continuous civilization. It has never been an imperialist nation but repeatedly target of other imperial nations. It speaks for 1.4 billion people and will defend its territorial integrity like a dog defends its bone.

The continuous and conspicuous treachery of NATO takes full measure of how far the Collective West has fallen as it is a malignancy that goes unchallenged and utterly ruinous to a moribund civilization and the world at large.

NATO is a failed institution blocking the emergence of a new more just multipolar world order, already in progress. The world is at a critical turning point and more war is not an option.
