I no longer see a 'power of the written word'. It is going to come down to 'FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE'...and it is going to be messy. It is not by choice but the only means left to defend the little decency left in society.

The century of "relative peace" in Europe 1815-1914, overlooks the 1848 rebellions, a turning point in history. Peace between the "warring tribes of Europe," yes, but not between classes.

Yes, with USA abandoning its position as world-reserve currency, and in the most despicable way (should have been by international monetary agreement), tosses other nations into the position to scramble to find a new financial order. However, that position allowed America to live way beyond their means for a century, thus, they drop to their proper level of poverty for at least a generation. Meanwhile I suggest they learn the appropriate trades to their new standard of living - blacksmithing, wheelwrights, stablehands, hostler, etc. - it will take that time to implement new manufacturing suitable to their reduced population and influence. PS - I would never be so impudent as to post a "Like" for my own article!
