No more golden eggs for the Oligarchs

Hey folks worry not! It's really all about eggs: golden, broken, fried, poached, and.... a lot of oligarchs and politicians with egg on their faces.

Special note: “Interspecific brood-parasites”(IBPs) are birds laying their eggs in other birds nests. In political terms these are neoliberals, neoconservatives, fascists, fake populists and demagogues.

We live at a major historical juncture, complex, perplexing and down right depressing. Everything old is new again as we wade through the cycles of history, the follies of mankind and our self-induced historic senility. To confront the harsh truths of history is never an easy task but in times of crisis, as we are now, it must be exhumed.

It is a time for new beginnings but they can only be undertaken when we have assembled the “data base”, the mindset, progressive representatives and state persons ready to embrace a new era. The truths of our times and history must mentor us as the bench marks of the new dialogue. For the West it is the end of Philistinism, imperialism and predatory capitalism.

The beginnings of the sad tale we are telling here came at the end of WW ll. America found itself in possession of 50% of the world’s wealth with only 4% of the world’s population. It had a big, big dilemma— abundant wealth with a small population. The response as American journalist Diana Johnstone kindly points out for us:

So as the story the goes “staying on top” required a goose to lay golden eggs in the Republic’s nest, at least a dozen and more. The eggs had to be whisked into an enticing mélange, scrambled such that the inter-specific-brood-parasticism would go undetected, it would require the deft hands of many hands to cook the books and keep the eggs unbroken. Unaware that too many cooks can spoil the broth.

“Staying on top,”(also known as the missionary position) requires endless, lies, hypocrisies, betrayal and a disregard for cost and consequences which is where we find ourselves today. The costs of staying on top now stagger the imagination and it is a bitter harvest.

In her compelling book Johnstone reminds us:

“The United States is an irresponsible empire. It devastates countries and leaves them in shambles, with no compensation. Its actions are increasingly destructive because the purpose is not in reality to build an empire, but to destroy real or potential rivals and so maintain the position of superiority gained in World War II. The destructive nature of these wars is confirmed by the fact that on close examination, none of the recent U.S. wars have been “won” in any meaningful sense. Temporary illusions of “victory” have given way to the rise of hostile extremists. Most recently, the undeclared U.S. drone war against Islamists in Yemen led to an even more effective revolutionary uprising which seized U.S.-provided weapons and forced American officials to flee. Despite the disastrous results of one war after another in the Middle East, the War Party in Washington seems ready to plunge into yet another proxy war in Ukraine, this time against a much more powerful adversary. She also points our for us how women in politics like Clinton, Albright, Rice, Haley and others are out to prove they can be just as mean and ruthless as their male counterparts, the “hard riders” on top.

Her book is gripping reading as it records the crimes of Clinton’s time and like so many other historic documents forewarns of the Ukraine war. It is also testimony that Hillary Clinton and Biden are kindred spirits when it comes to war, violence and brood parasitism.

The discreet sham of Justin Trudeau

The oligarchs and their zombie political apprentices are the fools on the hill as they have overplayed their hand and are wearing the egg. Golden eggs have a conspicuous presence when ham-fisted politicians are left to play.

Cow birds and cuckoos are parasitic brooders. IDPs can precipitate the extinction of other bird species.

Interspecific brood-parasites recklessly abandon their “golden eggs” in others nests. as the fault is always with others, dumping in other nests to feather their own, dropping bombs, blame, and liabilities, just to “stay on top.” They have the odious notion that societies can be based on endless war, propaganda, racism, scapegoating and the jack boot…. where potential mass extinction looms large.

Decades later the golden eggs are broken, shattered and the rot fouls so many nests with so many failed practitioners wearing the egg. It is a pathetic tale of woe as the empty suited practitioners are so self-incriminating no amount of bullshit propaganda can cover their misdeeds and egregious indiscretions.

The oligarchs and their political stooges thought they would get to rule the world but their golden eggs are smashed. The multipolar world is emerging and it is only a question of how many more “spoiler” wars and genocides they insist on before they start down the long road to remediation and redemption.

You see my dear friends, it is all about eggs, good eggs and bad eggs and we are the company we keep. As consumers we must be much more wary and know more about the eggs we buy.

Any farmer will tell us eggs must be candled, those spotted with blood are not saleable. Let the candling begin, so much to do about everything.
