How Yesterday Haunts Today...
The dismal legacy of Joe Biden, yesterday's war monger haunting us today.
Thanks to Democracy Now this video has just come to my attention. It was made and released four years ago when Joe Biden was running for president.
So many of us are asking how the horrors of today have come about and this video answers that question at least in part.
After watching the video it becomes clear he never should have been allowed to run for president four years ago. Yet the system is so deeply corrupted there is no accountability, just one treachery committed after another where dissenters are pushed to the margins and silenced.
In watching this video we can see how yesterday haunts today where the same players, corrupted values and ideologies are left to run free and destroy societies and even civilizations.
This video is most alarming, powerful and concise, as it outlines how deeply embedded the warfare culture/cabal is embedded in Washington and how it over powers any opposition. Everybody is bought and paid for. There are shameless standing ovations for more war and more pure evil and we see how nation states are converted to slave states for perpetual war.
Worth the price? War is always worth the price paid as that is where the profits are made and what drives the warfare state.
For the psychopaths who rule Washington the price is always worth it— yesterday, today and tomorrow.
As Noam Chomsky pointed out so many years ago too many presidents have been left unaccountable and now the office is in total collapse. The criminality of yester years has destroyed the present and future for the failed West. We are seeing the historic culmination of pure evil and the road back is long and arduous.
Generally speaking, the US is a war-mongering nation...I recently read that, out of 248 years of America's being, only 20 years the nation was at peace.
Excruciating to again watch Biden chair his committee. It brings back my anger listening to Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice
on the Sunday news shows smugly assuring Americans there were WMDs in Iraq…Hillary Clinton voting for war, Powell
(possibly lied to) urging the truth of the existence of Iraq’s dangerous weapons. How could I, with no political
or foreign affairs experience, sense that there was enough doubt of the existence of WMDs not to go
to war? Why didn’t someone in Congress invite Hans Blitz the weapons inspector in Iraq to speak to the country?
What a horrible, massive crime was committed!
